Our jewellery comes from small clusters where a single family often handles painting, sealing and assembly. Paying per finished piece rather than per hour lets makers work at the pace the craft needs.

Bamboo and cork production sits with a separate workshop that handles engraving in-house, which is what keeps personalisation lead times short.

None of this is efficient in the industrial sense. It is the reason no two hand-painted pendants are identical, and we would rather explain that than hide it.
