Returns & Refunds

Because gifts are personalised and perishable in part, we do not accept change-of-mind returns on food items or engraved products.

If a gift arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, send photographs within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the affected items or refund them in full, at your choice.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
